How long does it take to setup Trace+ within the facility?
Trace+ can be setup and operational within 48 hours after the delivery of tags.
What will be included in the onboarding process?
The onboarding process involves identifying the areas you wish to oversee, installation of gateways, and associating 1 Trace+ tag per employee.
How much do I need to pay for this solution?

What is the size of the tag?
The tag is the size of a credit card.
Do I need to recharge Trace+ tag?
No, the Trace+ tag comes with a battery-life of 12 months.
What to do when the battery on tags run out?
The Trace+ system alerts the admin when the battery runs low. The admin can then place the order for a new set of tags.
What to do when the tag is accidentally broken?
The admin portal can be used to deactivate the broken tag and our team would be happy to replace them for you.
Are the tags waterproof?
The tags are designed to be water-resistant but are not pool-proof.
Do I need Wifi & Electricity for the tags to work?
No, the tags run on internal battery and do not require Wifi or external power assistance.
What is the maximum time period I can track back the data?
With Trace+, you can track and retrieve data as far as 30 days back from the current date.
Do I have options to add safety measures/safety policies?
Yes, admins have the option of setting policies in real-time based on footfall, location, and other risk factors. The admin also has the capability to monitor adherence to these policies.
Do I need a cellphone to do contact tracing?
No, Trace+ use its own secured devices to avoid battery drainage. A cellphone is only needed for users to access their personal data, alerts, health auto assessment, and work from home planning.
How is the personal data protected?
All the data stored in the Trace+ system is anonymous and transferred via encryption. We are also GDPR compliant and value the privacy of our clients the most.
Can I delete my data?
Yes, you have the power over your data. By default, all the data stored in tags are deleted after 30 days on a rolling basis. The data stored on Trace+ platform is deleted after 45 days (can be varied on request). And the admin can delete all data for a user if they are no longer with the company.
Will my privacy be maintained after office hours?
Yes. Trace+ is operational only within the workplace for the safety of everyone in the office. Your privacy outside the office is completely preserved.
Do I get to own the tags or will I have to return them after I end Trace+ service?
We would recommend sending them back to us for safe recycling.
